Fan of Anthony’s global vacations

I greatly enjoy watching Anthony Bourdain’s No Reservations series. Though I do not get to travel internationally, I am allowed to live vicariously through his adventures, learning more about different cultures through their food while drooling over (most) of what Tony gets to go eat. The show strikes a good balance between exploring the food and talking about the culture in which the food evolved. Tony’s generally an entertaining narrator and sometimes runs with some interesting personalities in the location he’s visiting.The only negative aspect of the show is that watching it frequently makes me hungry and sad that I am not capable of cooking the food I am seeing. It also makes me want to buy expensive copper or earthenware cooking containers and go build a wood-fired stove in the backyard.

Bourdain does it yet again, making me jealous of what I’m missing in different cultures and locations both home and abroad. Great selections, amazing locations, and succulent delicacies… This is it!

loved the Venice episode am going to be traveling there and wanted to get some information on where the locals eat. The show was excellent.
