Fun show

It is great to see what each woman wants in their bridal attire. Some were a little selfish and some were totally concerned about what their future spouses reaction would be. Enjoyed the staff who assisted these new brides and the patience and wisdom they had when the bride was totally overwhelmed. This was a great night kick back show for me.

Demonstrated the differences between real customers and those shopping without intention to buy

This episode made me realize that wedding dress sales is often difficult to the extreme. The problem encountered by two sales consultants was having to waste time attending to women that pretended to be customers. These women enjoy the attention and compliments they receive when trying on dresses, and one absorbed over three hours of the consultant’s time.The customers that intend to buy seem easy to identify given the way they were portrayed. I felt a lot of admiration for the two brides featured early in the episode.

Rookie sales associate made this show great

All the brides in this episode were easy to please. It was obvious in each case that a sale would be made and everybody would be happy. The most interesting thing was the relationship between the new sales associate and the general manager.The new sales associate made a lot of mistakes and got the manager upset. The manager kept thinking the sale was at risk. However, the new sales associate is very good at sales even though she made easy-to-identify errors. When you’re that good at sales, you can make loads of mistakes and still win – in the right circumstances.
